In order to help our students, faculty and staff prepare for success, we’re providing Office 365 Office software to you free of charge. The Microsoft 365 and Office 365 plans combine the familiar Microsoft Office desktop suite with cloud-based versions of Microsoft's next-generation communications and collaboration services (including Office for the web, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint Online) to help users be productive from virtually anywhere through the Internet. Your OneNote notebook is now syncing to the shared location, and changes you make to the notebook locally will be synced to the version stored in the shared file location.
When you go back to the notebook properties, you'll now see a sync button and the location of the notebook will be different.Once you'd selected the new location and saved the notebook, you'll get a message letting you know the notebook is now syncing.For Box, y ou must have Box Sync installed and your OneNotes folder synced to save your file. It's recommended you keep them in a folder called OneNote Notebooks.
